Severity: Severe disease
Note the enlarged perihilar/paratracheal lymph nodes bilaterally (lobulated opacities in the perihilar/paratracheal areas). There are also enlarged subcarinal lymph nodes. The left and main bronchi are both compressed (narrower than normal). There is also consolidation in the right middle lobe. The lateral film is poor quality.
