Age: 0-5 Years
Severity: Severe disease

Right sided pleural effusion with underlying parenchymal involvement (consolidation). There is also an enlarged right paratracheal lymph node which is pushing the trachea across to the left. Because of the underlying parenchymal involvement and the airway deviation, this would be classified as severe disease.
