This CXR shows enlarged perihilar lymph nodes on the right; there is also probably segmental consolidation (<1 lobe) of the right middle lobe. Because there is no airway compression, no cavities or miliary infiltrates and the consolidation is <1 lobe this is classified as non-severe disease.
