There is consolidation of the right middle lobe, with multiple cavities (on both AP and lateral films). The airways appear narrowed (especially on the right), and there is an obvious ‘doughnut’ sign on the lateral film which indicates the presence of enlarged perihilar and subcarinal lymph nodes.
